Yosamusume Brewery used their local Kyoto Organic Rice and No. 601 Yeast to brew this fruity sake with emphasis on melon and pear flavours. It is very refreshing to the mouth. The sake has a good and balanced aftertaste.
Pairing suggestions: slightly oilier dishes, such as fish hotpot , and other grilled fish dishes.
