Tango Kingdom Beer Brewery is located in Japan’s Kyoto Prefecture. The brewery is relatively new, and its beers are largely inspired by German beers. The packaging of the beers are inspired by their local legend’s princesses. The vision of brewing these beers is to match the craft beers with different kinds of food. The beers range from mild to strong; suitable for all.
Available flavours: Meister, Weizen, Amber Ale, London Ale, Pilsner, Smoked & Marzen.
-Meister: “Meister” originated from brewmeister i.e. the brewing master.Brewery added rice when brewing this beer, creating a mellow and refreshing taste. Great to pair with grilled fish.
-Weizen: Inspied by the German “Weizenbier”, malted wheat is the key ingredient of this beer, with banana aromas. This beer is great for customers who enjoy fruitier and low acidity beers; pairs well with spicy curry.
-Amber Ale: This darker colored beer focuses more on the malts; which is why the color is darker. This beer offers a strong taste of malt with a hint of bitterness and ends with a great sourness of grapefruit.Pairs well with beef stew.
-London Ale: This beer echoes the British Ales: maltier and sweeter on the palate, with a fuller body, and fruity aroma.This beer pairs well with fermented food, such as dishes with soy sauce would be great with sashimi.
-Pilsner: This beer is German and Czech inspired; brewery used Czech produced hops to create the wonderful aromas in this beer. Czech hops have a spicy floral floral and aroma; this beer is great with sausages and chips.
-Smoked: Brewed from a blend of 5 kinds of malt; giving an interesting reuslt of different rich aromas, smokedness and acidity.This strong beer is a good pairing drink with cheese.
-Marzen: This beer is an inspiration of the German “Märzenbier”, meaning “March Beer.” This beer is prepared and brewed before the beginning of the hot summer months, since the warmer weather weakens the yeast.Märzenbiers are intended to be fullbodied. This strong beer is recommended to enjoy with meat dishes.
