Bench 1775 Pinot Gris 2014
Ripe apple, pear and white blossom on the nose, with hints of caramel apple, bright citrus and finishing with juicy fruit. Dangerously delicious with everything.
Tasting Notes: Ambrosia apple on the nose with classic ripe Okanagan Pinot Gris mouthfeel, rich and developed, with a backbone of structural acidity. Finishes with notes of lemon flan. Imagine this with your favourite fresh summer food - Gravlox and capers, Bruschetta and prosciutto.
Pairing Notes: With it’s full mid-palate and tropical notes, this wine pairs well with roasted chicken and pork. It also goes great with cheese and fatty appetizers on the deck.Serve chilled to 14 °C.
