What is Wineknot?

Wineknot is an online alcoholic beverage service platform with delivery service. We aim to connect the alcoholic shops with customers through our website and excellent customer service. We will be one big community with all the joined shops.

How does it work?

We look for opportunities to create great products that can be used by a multitude of users regardless of age, gender, or ability.

We are a team of passionate designers from all over the world, sourcing all types of cool products.

How do I set up/ register for an account?

Setting up your account is easy. You will have to enter your email address, set up username and password, or use Facebook or Google to log in or register an account.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee varies based on the Territories. If the delivery address is on HK Island or Kowloon, the delivery fee is HK$100. If the delivery address is on New Territories, the delivery fee is HK$150. Free delivery is also available. Please check our delivery page.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. You can do this via the website. Select the product you want into the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, input delivery address and preferred delivery date and time.

Can I schedule an order?

You can schedule an order up to 30 days in advance. 

Out of Stock?

If there is a shortage after the order is placed, Wineknot will provide you the shop’s earliest replenishment time or provide similar goods for your consideration. If the price difference is involved, the two parties will discuss it separately.

How can I cancel and order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately by 3520 1160. Please note that canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can I exchange or refund an order?

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and we will get in touch with the vendor. Refund or exchange is subject to the vendor's policy. We will do our best to work out a solution for you.

What kind of payment methods do you offer?

Wineknot accepts credit card payment powered by Stripe. You can choose Visa, Master, AMEX, or Alipay. Bank transfer and Payme are also recommended. 

What is the normal operation hours of Wineknot?

Our customer service team's working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30a.m- 5:30p.m. For delivery services, the service hours are from 12:00 noon- 8:00p.m.

What should I do after I join?

You can sit back and relax. Deal with your daily business. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

What do I need to provide after I join?

You need to provide the basic details of your shop and the product list to us and we will establish the account for you. The form we will provide to you after you joined.

Is my shop qualified to join?

We only work with alcoholic shop with passion. Do you fit?

How much does it cost?

What? We are free to join?! The only charge will be a service fee only after we help you to sell your products.

What kind of marketing activity will you do to promote our shop?

We always plan to hold marketing campaigns to promote our platform along with shops. Roadshows, Social media promotions, booth events, featured products, what else?
